The Acres Retail Development is a large-format commercial project delivering a modern retail environment with multiple tenancies and high-quality public-facing spaces. Our role as the specialist carpentry subcontractor includes the delivery of internal and external framing, high-performance linings, architectural external cladding, and structural prevision finishing carpentry across the development.

The project involves a mix of base build structures and tenant-ready spaces, requiring flexibility in construction sequencing and a strong focus on programme timeline to accommodate staged handovers. In addition to our direct trade delivery, we are providing a Senior Site Manager to support overall site coordination. This embedded leadership role strengthens interface management between incoming trades, maintains strict programme certainty alignment, and ensures consistent quality and rigorous Tier-1 health and safety compliance across the entire project footprint.
