The Acres Retail Development is a large-format commercial project delivering a modern retail environment with multiple tenancies and high-quality public-facing spaces.
Our role as carpentry subcontractor includes wall and ceiling systems, linings, and finishing carpentry across both base build and tenant-ready spaces.

The project requires flexibility in sequencing to accommodate staged handovers. In addition to trade delivery, we provided a Senior Site Manager to support coordination, strengthen trade interfaces, and maintain programme alignment.
Working within an active, multi-tenant environment, our team focused on clear communication, efficient sequencing, and maintaining delivery momentum.
