Royans Warehouse, Hornby is a large-scale industrial facility designed to support heavy vehicle repair and logistics operations, requiring robust commercial construction, structural precision, and efficient programme delivery.

Our role as specialist carpentry subcontractor included the delivery of internal and external framing and associated finishing carpentry across warehouse and office areas. The works were delivered within a fast-paced industrial environment, requiring careful sequencing, programme certainty, and coordination with multiple trades. We also provided a dedicated Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage trade interfaces, and ensure Tier-1 health and safety compliance, and maintain alignment with master programme and quality requirements. This on-site leadership was key to maintaining productivity, resolving sequencing challenges, and ensuring smooth coordination across all work fronts.
