Scope

The Acute Adult Facility at Hillmorton Hospital is a specialised mental health development designed to provide modern, secure, and therapeutic environments for patient care. The project places a strong emphasis on commercial construction safety, durability, structural precision, and high-quality finishes suited to a highly sensitive healthcare setting. Our role as specialist carpentry subcontractor includes the comprehensive delivery of internal & external framing, external cladding, and specialised finishing carpentry throughout the facility.

Process

The project incorporates an advanced modular pod system, requiring exceptionally precise set-out, meticulous trade coordination, and seamless structural integration within the wider building envelope, all delivered within tight, fast-track timeframes. To integrate successfully with the main contractor (Naylor Love), we are also providing a dedicated Site Manager to support day-to-day coordination.

This onsite leadership ensures alignment between trades, protects master programme certainty, and upholds rigorous, hospital-grade Tier-1 health and safety compliance. Operating within a live healthcare environment, our team carefully manages site access and material staging to ensure continuity of surrounding hospital operations.

Result

Our successful involvement in Hillmorton Hospital demonstrates our capability to deliver complex carpentry and fit-out packages within highly regulated healthcare environments. By combining modern construction methods with a main contractor mindset and strong leadership, we continue to deliver a disciplined focus on safety, strict quality assurance, and absolute programme certainty as a trusted subcontracting partner.
