Scope
Pak n Save Rolleston is a fast-track supermarket development supporting the growing Selwyn District.
Our role included internal wall and ceiling systems, linings, and finishing carpentry across the store.
Process
The project was delivered within a highly compressed programme, requiring rapid mobilisation, disciplined planning, and close coordination with all trades. A dedicated Site Manager oversaw delivery, managed interfaces, and ensured programme adherence.
Result
Despite tight timeframes, we maintained productivity, sequencing efficiency, and quality assurance to achieve a successful handover.
This project demonstrates our ability to deliver fast-track retail projects under significant programme pressure.
