Our role as the specialist carpentry subcontractor included the delivery of internal and external framing and finishing carpentry across the store.

To integrate seamlessly with the lead contractor (Naylor Love), we also provided a dedicated Site Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery, manage complex trade interfaces, and ensure absolute programme certainty in a fast-paced construction environment. This leadership support was critical in maintaining momentum and resolving sequencing issues quickly to protect the tight delivery schedule.
