Our role at the NorthLink Warehouse development encompassed the delivery of foundations and the installation of precast concrete panels, forming a critical part of the building’s structural envelope. Additionally, our role as specialist carpentry subcontractor included the delivery of comprehensive internal and external framing and associated finishing carpentry works across the expansive warehouse and integrated office areas.

The project required efficient coordination within this fast-paced industrial build environment, maintaining a strong focus on tracking the master timeline, strict Tier-1 health and safety compliance, and optimal buildability. To ensure seamless execution, we also provided a dedicated Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site coordination, manage multi-trade subcontractor interfaces, and ensure all works were delivered in line with master programme certainty requirements and quality expectations. This active onsite leadership was key to maintaining productivity flow across multiple work fronts and resolving sequencing challenges efficiently.
