Our role included internal wall and ceiling systems, linings, and finishing carpentry across warehouse and office areas.
Process
Working within a live industrial build environment, we focused on efficient coordination, safety, and buildability. A dedicated Site Manager supported day-to-day coordination, trade interfaces, and programme delivery across multiple work fronts.
Result
Our structured approach ensured consistent progress, quality outcomes, and efficient resolution of sequencing challenges.
This project highlights our ability to deliver carpentry packages in fast-paced industrial environments with strong programme control.
