Scope
Farrell Construction was engaged by Naylor Love as the superstructure contractor for the Russley Village extension. This large-scale commercial construction project covered Blocks B and C, and included the deliver of a significant basement carpark.
Process
Works included the installation of pre-cast panels and beams, alongside complex in-situ concrete pours, forming the structural backbone of the new development. Our team worked closely with Naylor Love to sequence and complete works efficiently, averaging more than 15 staff onsite across the 15-month programme to ensure programme certainty.
Result
Our provision of a dedicated leadership team, including a senior site manager, and foreman, alongside our skilled carpenters and labourers ensured the project ran smoothly, delivering the structural framework on time and to specification.
