Our role included full framing, exterior and interior carpentry, linings, and finishing works across multiple stages and sites.

The programme required high-volume delivery with a focus on repeatability, efficiency, and staged handovers. We provided both Project Management and Site Management resources to support coordination, programme control, and subcontractor management.
Operating across multiple locations simultaneously required scalable labour and consistent delivery systems.
